4.1 Placing an order

By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Prices for our services are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product or service you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods listed at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

4.3 Delivery of services

Services will be available or scheduled as described at the point of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will inform you if delays are likely to occur.

4.4 Digital products and downloads

If you purchase digital products or services (such as e-books, templates, or online information), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital products for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or distribution of digital products is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Refunds, rescheduling and cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule your interview, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can accommodate your request.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please refer to the terms outlined below for further guidance:

  • Services: Refunds for services are only offered if the service has not yet been delivered and must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions may apply at our discretion.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Any promotions, discounts, or offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation.

We also accept payment via PayPal.

All payments must be made in full before services are provided, unless otherwise stated.
